The Old Mill- As the name suggests, The Old Mill is a converted windmill circa 1750, which today offers a warm welcome and a relaxing stay. The Old Mill was originally converted to a house in 1968, retaining many of its original features. A subsequent re-vamp was completed in September 2004, complementing the original architecture. The bed and breakfast has a high standard of accommodation and offers a full English breakfast to set you up for the day's activities.

Dairy Guest House- The Dairy is a lovingly restored and upgraded Victorian town house, keeping its 19th-century character and original features. In central York, Dairy Guest House is less than 300 metres (300 yards) south of the medieval city walls. It is an easy stroll from York's many attractions and museums. Each individually styled room has a TV with DVD, hot-drink facilities, mineral water, hairdryer and alarm clock. You will also find toiletries and information folders. Some rooms have ceiling fans. Dairy Guest House was originally a family home and joinery business, built in 1890. It then became a dairy for many years, until being turned into a guest house in 1978.

Broadlands Guest House- Set in the heart of the Lake District, this traditional Lakeland stone Victorian house is ideally located on a peaceful road just 2 minutes from the centre of Windermere village. The house has lovely views overlooking Ellethwaite Park and is ideally located for visits to Bowness on Windermere and the Lake. Many grades of walks can be started from the house the staff are happy to advise you on them and offer maps and guides to help. Locally organised tours can also be arranged for you, with collection and drop-off at the property. Although not a hotel, Broadlands Guest House is proud to have been awarded '3 AA Yellow Stars Highly Commended', in July 2009. This award is given to the top 10% of 3-star Guest Accommodation. Guests are offered free car park passes for use whilst staying at Broadlands. These can be used in all SLDC car parks in the area.

Roydon Mill Estate- Roydon Mill Estate offers luxury, modern, fully equipped accommodation at great value rates in a stunning location on the River Stort, in the heart of the Lea Valley. The Minadab Cottage- With spectacular views over Labrador Bay, this exclusive thatched cottage dates back to the 1820s and has 3 stylish, individually decorated rooms. Minadab Cottage in Teignmouth is a tranquil retreat and has been a coastal landmark for the past 200 years. The cottage is 9 miles (14.5 km) from Exeter, 6 miles (9.7 km) from Dartmoor and 5 miles (8 km) from Torquay and Newton Abbott. The original cottage was supposedly built in the shape of a boat, with rooms 'fore and aft' and a rope ladder joining the ground floor to the upper deck - now replaced with modern stairs! Today it has been transformed into a delightful B&B by its owners. Unfortunately, due to the rooms, Minadab Cottage is unable to accommodate very young children.

Waratah Lodge- On Hayling Island, a popular holiday destination, this family-run bed and breakfast is close to the sea, water sports and historic sites. The lodge is located at the northern end of Hayling Island in Hampshire on the South Coast of England.
