The Baildon Royd - The Baildon Royd is about 250 metres from Preston Sands Beach and Paignton Beach, and rests on a quiet road about 10 minutes from the main shopping area. The accommodation is comfy, cosy and complete with off-road parking for guests. Paignton Train Station is within walking distance. Each tasteful bedroom has free Wi-Fi internet and you can enjoy a home-cooked breakfast and a warm welcome from Cliff, Debbie and Tiger the cat.

In the lounge, there are large ceiling fans to cool you in summer and cosy log fires to warm you in winter. A full English breakfast is served in elegant surroundings with views over the garden. Special diets can be catered for by prior arrangement.
